These Terms govern your restaurant's use of TastyMetrics and form an agreement between your restaurant and Supafusion Labs Inc.

The service and your account
TastyMetrics lets restaurants enter or import business data and view sales, labor, and profit metrics. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, protecting your account, managing team access, and keeping your data and settings accurate.
You may use TastyMetrics only for a restaurant whose principal place of business is in Canada, other than Quebec, or in the United States. You must have reached the age of majority where you live and be authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
Your data
You retain your rights to information you submit. You authorize Supafusion Labs Inc. and its service providers to host, process, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and notices needed to provide the information you submit, including information about employees, customers, or other people.
Acceptable use
Do not access another workspace without permission, bypass security, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use TastyMetrics to violate another person's rights.
Metrics and decisions
Metrics depend on the data, classifications, settings, and source formats provided to TastyMetrics. Missing or incorrect information may affect results. TastyMetrics supports operational decisions but does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Verify important decisions independently.
Trial and access
Each business receives one 30-day trial beginning when the business is created, without requiring a payment card. The trial permits imports for a fixed range of up to six completed calendar months.
Paid billing is temporarily unavailable while Billing is marked “Coming soon.” The trial period and import rules continue to apply during this time.
After the trial ends, TastyMetrics may restrict the first import into a calendar month that does not already contain retained Gross Sales data. Existing data, dashboards, historical reports, locations, and other product features remain available.
Paid subscriptions
When paid billing becomes available, numeric plans will be monthly recurring subscriptions based on combined monthly Gross Sales across all restaurant locations. The minimum eligible plan is based on the highest combined monthly Gross Sales total retained in the service.
Dodo Payments will act as the reseller and Merchant of Record and will host checkout, collect payment, issue invoices, and handle applicable taxes. The price, charge currency, taxes, renewal terms, and other purchase terms will be shown before checkout is completed.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. An eligible upgrade may take effect immediately and include a prorated charge; an eligible decrease takes effect on the next billing date. A cancellation scheduled for the next billing date leaves access available through the paid period.
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Contact support@tastymetrics.com with a refund request; approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments.
Ownership
Supafusion Labs Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in TastyMetrics, including its service, software, design, and branding. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TastyMetrics or of your submitted data.
Availability and suspension
The service may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation of these Terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time.
Contact support@tastymetrics.com to request account or workspace closure.
To the extent permitted by law, TastyMetrics is provided “as is” and “as available.” TastyMetrics does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses where those exclusions are legally permitted. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and date on this page. Additional notice will be provided where required by law.
